About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as an IT&C Services Control Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of IT&C service delivery, ensuring efficient delivery of helpdesk support, managing IT&C assets, and scheduling workloads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the IT&C service desk, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents and requests.
  • Coordinate the distribution and maintenance of IT&C assets, including hardware and software.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance IT&C service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the IT&C Manager to develop and implement IT&C strategies and plans.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to staff members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Current unencumbered NSW driver's license.
  • Experience in IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of networks, servers, and communication systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
