About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT and Communications Services Manager to join our team at McLean Care. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of IT and Communications service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring efficient delivery of helpdesk support
  • Managing the effective distribution of IT and Communications assets
  • Scheduling workloads, support calls, system maintenance, updates, and projects
  • Proactively monitoring systems, resolving incidents, and implementing process improvements
  • Guaranteeing customer-first stakeholder communication

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Current unencumbered NSW Driver's Licence
  • Experience in IT service management frameworks such as ITIL
  • Strong experience in operating helpdesk and service desk platforms
  • Experience in planning and scheduling IT and Communications services
  • Solid understanding of IT and Communications infrastructure
  • Knowledge of monitoring and diagnostic tools
  • Experience in managing the procurement, distribution, and lifecycle of IT and Communications assets
  • Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of accuracy in managing IT and Communications assets
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
