About Us

We are seeking a proactive and energetic individual to join our Community Hub team in Tamworth. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting and empowering people with disabilities to engage in our after-school program.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to clients with diverse learning needs
  • Develop and implement differentiated learning activities
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
  • Record-keeping and progress notes

About You

We are looking for an individual with experience in the disability sector, preferably with a background in teaching or a related field. You will possess high levels of enthusiasm, initiative, and a positive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
