Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Venue Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational needs of our high volume restaurant and bar. Our establishment is located in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane and hosts events that span craft beer, music, gaming, art and more.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our venue, including but not limited to:

  • Organising and controlling daily operations
  • Duty management of key shifts
  • Leadership of a diverse team
  • Rostering, hiring and training staff
  • Stock management, including ordering and deliveries
  • Cash handling and sales reconciliations

The successful applicant will also be responsible for overseeing functions and special events on a daily basis, communicating with customers, managing social media and taking high-quality imagery for advertising purposes.
