About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our cleaning and trolley collection team as a key contributor to ensuring our stores are in pristine condition. As a member of this team, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the customer experience by maintaining clean and hygienic environments throughout our stores.

As a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member, your primary responsibilities will include sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolleys bays and team rooms, emptying bins, collecting trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas, working across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs, and assisting customers with answering questions or providing directions.

We are looking for individuals who possess a strong work ethic, physical fitness, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs. You will also need to be flexible in terms of working hours, including Monday-Sunday shifts starting from 6am or 5pm.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
