Job Title: Business Systems Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented professional to play a pivotal role in translating business requirements into technical solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape innovative, data-driven products for the automotive retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a 'Super User' for core business systems with in-depth knowledge of operations, procedures, and organisational policies.
  • Manage ongoing data maintenance, triage system issues, troubleshoot errors, and escalate problems to appropriate vendors for timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on data migration, assisting with data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Provide training to users on functionalities and create comprehensive documentation for processes and configurations
  • Identify opportunities for system and process improvements and collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes.
  • Ensure all configurations and customizations comply with Microsoft best practices and organisational guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Apps, Power Automate, and proficient skills in database systems, data management, report generation, and complex SQL queries.

With excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, the successful applicant will support collaboration across business units and technical teams.
