About the Role

As an Account Manager at HEIGER, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth while delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing expert advice on our product range.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with project managers, construction managers, and procurement teams to drive sales and grow existing accounts.
  2. Sales & Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities while managing existing accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  3. Product Knowledge & Solutions Selling: Advise customers on HEIGER's product range, including coir logs, jute matting, geotextiles, and other erosion control materials to ensure the right solutions are delivered.
  4. Account Growth & Retention: Develop strategies to increase sales within assigned accounts and ensure repeat business through excellent customer service.
  5. Quoting & Negotiation: Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals to meet sales targets.
  6. Market Insights & Reporting: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and project developments to identify sales opportunities and provide valuable insights to clients.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics and operations team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
