Culinary Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement innovative menus that showcase seasonal produce, regional flavors, and global culinary standards.
  2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and guest satisfaction.
  3. Implement and maintain strict hygiene, safety, and quality control measures.
  4. Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to inspire team members.
  5. Drive efficient service delivery while maintaining elevated cuisine standards.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a senior chef or executive chef in a luxury hotel setting.
  2. Exceptional knowledge of food presentation, international cuisines, and dietary trends.
  3. Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  4. Ability to manage multiple outlets and prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Knowledge of HACCP fundamentals and commitment to food safety.
  6. Effective budgeting and cost control skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in culinary arts or hospitality management.
  • Professional certifications such as CMC or CEH.
  • Experience with menu engineering and costing.
