About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate physiotherapist to join our restorative care team in Melbourne.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a multi-disciplinary team, delivering person-centred care in an environment that promotes continuous quality improvement. As a comprehensive rehabilitation physiotherapist, you will have the autonomy to structure your day and be provided with a broad and varied caseload. This will include client home visits and group activities across a range of settings.

The current role is full or part-time in Melbourne, seeing clients based mostly in Melbourne South and West. You will be working in a community setting, providing individualised physiotherapy services to people within the community.

This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to plan and manage your time effectively. You will also need to have access to a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license and safe driving record to travel between client's homes and HammondCare locations (travel costs reimbursed).

Salary & Benefits

Our salary for this role is estimated to be around AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including fuel discounts, low-cost fitness memberships and more.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualified physiotherapist, with current AHPRA registration and practical experience or sound knowledge of physiotherapy in a Rehabilitation or Aged care setting.
  • Strong communicator, with the ability to plan and manage your time effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license and safe driving record to travel between client's homes and HammondCare locations.
