This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Rehabilitation Physiotherapist to join our growing restorative care team in Melbourne.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced physiotherapist to provide individualised physiotherapy services to people within the community. The successful candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation or aged care, with experience in planning and managing time effectively and working independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality physiotherapy services to clients in their homes or in our clinic settings.
- Work closely with an experienced multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement individualised treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments and develop goals for clients, using evidence-based practice to inform your work.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A tertiary qualification in physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration.
- Practical experience in rehabilitation or aged care, preferably in community settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, families and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to travel between client homes and HammondCare locations, with access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
