We are seeking an experienced Building Assessor to lead our assessing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct virtual assessments to determine damage locally and nationally
  • Create detailed assessment reports, scopes of works, and quotes on covered damage
  • Identify insurance-related damage and maintenance
  • Process reports through software-based platforms
  • Ensure compliance with policies and standards
  • Provide technical advice on claims and repair coordination
  • Offer performance feedback and training recommendations
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Building Assessor or Insurance Estimator
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Trade or Building qualification preferred
