We are seeking a seasoned Insurance Professional to join our organization within the offshore oil and gas sector. This standalone role offers a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.

  • Provide strategic and operational insurance advice to ensure adequate cover across all departments and projects.">
  • Maintain strong relationships with brokers and external partners.">
  • Support insurance budget planning and compliance across the region.">
  • Ensure all insurance-related activities align with internal standards and industry best practices.">
  • Contribute to the organisation's continuous improvement and innovation culture.">

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in insurance within the O&G or marine sectors and a solid understanding of regional requirements and operational risk. You will also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be confident in taking ownership of insurance portfolios and driving compliance.
