Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Civil Site Engineer to join our Urban division, working on ongoing projects in South East Queensland. This role will involve planning, designing, and managing construction activities, as well as implementing and monitoring project programs. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills as an engineering professional in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery;
  2. Manage and coordinate construction activities, including resource allocation and monitoring;
  3. Implement measures to improve team performance and efficiency;
  4. Develop and maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including suppliers and clients;
  5. Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety management plans;
  6. Prepare and submit reports on project progress and financial performance;
Requirements
  1. Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field;
  2. Proven analytical and design skills, with practical knowledge of civil works investigation, design, and construction;
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders;
  4. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft, Suretrak/Primavera, and AutoCAD applications;
  5. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team;
  6. Personal flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
