Are you a strategic thinker with exceptional procurement skills? We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team in Victoria.


Job Description

As a Procurement Specialist, you will lead the development of procurement strategies aligned with business objectives. You will be responsible for conducting market analysis and supplier research, as well as managing supplier relationships and risks across the contract lifecycle.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation abilities. You must also have the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with business objectives
  • Conducting market analysis and supplier research to inform procurement decisions
  • Managing supplier relationships and risks across the contract lifecycle
  • Providing expert advice on contract negotiation and compliance

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
  • At least 5 years' experience in procurement, supply chain, and facilities management
  • Strong knowledge of Australian Contract Law and relevant commercial legislation
