Job Overview

The Senior Policy Officer plays a crucial role in the delivery of the Residential Efficiency Scorecard, a national program aimed at enhancing the energy performance of existing homes through a star rating system.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead nationwide projects that support the uptake of the Residential Efficiency Scorecard.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Scorecard assessors.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of the Residential Efficiency Scorecard to diverse audiences.
  • Represent the organization in meetings and forums as required.
Key Qualifications:
  • Possess relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience.
  • Desirable: experience in residential energy efficiency or related sectors, project management, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement.
