Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Leader to join our Country Road team. As a Retail Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use data and reports to identify key insights and make informed decisions for the business and the customer
  • Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer-led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experience
  • Lead the team to deliver store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities
  • Attract, engage, and retain talent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your store and the Group
  • Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing
  • Build and maintain the store roster, ensuring the roster is compliant and balances the needs of the customer and team
  • Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play in delivering
  • Role model CRG values to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership, and shared success

  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
