Country Road - Part Time Sales Consultant - Myer Northland - VIC

An exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and expansion of Country Road's retail network. As a Concession Sales Consultant, you will collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable service and seamless execution of operational processes, whilst upholding the brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer experiences through great service, excellent product knowledge, and a seamless point of sale transaction.
  • Exceed customer expectations by consistently delivering high-quality service.
  • Live and role model the CRG values, collaborating with your store team to deliver results and contribute to team experience.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for team members and visitors, with a focus on promoting wellbeing.
  • Understand the brand and CRG strategy, and demonstrate this in your day-to-day work.
  • Utilize tools to stay up-to-date with the latest products, and share your knowledge with customers.
  • Assist with the execution of store visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards.
  • Contribute to the smooth operations of the store through effective management of stock and loss prevention, and provide recommendations to your leader on opportunities for improvement.
