Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing and distributing various reports to stakeholders.
  • Following up with tenant inquiries to ensure seamless communication.
  • Preparing and distributing mail-outs to secure new tenants.
  • Managing databases to track progress and performance.
  • Conducting extensive market research on competing centers and sites to inform strategic decisions.
  • Conducting strategic reviews of current and potential tenants to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Negotiating lease terms and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
