Job Description

Support a cost function specialist in delivering key tasks, such as updating costing models, analysing policy and legislation, creating reports using Power BI, and reviewing cost recovery implementation statements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Updating costing models in Excel to ensure accurate financial data.
  • Analysing policy and legislation to identify areas for improvement and inform business decisions.
  • Creating dashboard reports using Power BI to provide insights and drive business outcomes.
  • Reviewing, developing, and delivering cost recovery implementation statements to meet regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

For this role, you must have:

  • A background in using Excel and understanding of financial modelling.
  • The ability to analyse complex policy and legislation and communicate findings clearly.
  • Experience in report writing and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
