Your Role

As part of ongoing initiatives to optimise operational excellence, we are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Operations to act as a true business partner within the Supply Chain and Logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide insightful analysis and commentary on month-end reports
  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets, re-forecasts, and month-end reporting processes
  • Partner closely with Supply Chain, Operations and Transformation stakeholders, offering strategic insights and actionable recommendations
  • Develop compelling business cases for strategic investments, including ROI analysis, commentary, and presentation of findings
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business processes
  • Deliver ad hoc reports and detailed analysis to support decision-making
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • CA/CPA qualification
  • Proven experience supporting functions in a commercial environment
  • Industry experience in Consumer Goods, FMCG, Technology or related sectors is highly desirable
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, with strong modelling skills to support business cases
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging both finance and non-finance stakeholders effectively
