The Role

This is a fixed term opportunity, initially to 30 June 2027. As a Test Analyst at E&P, you will play an integral role in technology-related project delivery. This position ensures that technology updates to our internal systems meet functional specifications as defined by the project team, and fulfill business requirements.

A typical day may include:

• Conducting detailed front-end testing of technology products to ensure functionality, performance, and user experience quality.
• Performing back-end data queries to validate system integrity, data accuracy, and consistency.
• Collaborating with developers and business analysts to provide constructive feedback on code quality, technical implementations, and requirements alignment.
• Managing testing timelines and deliverables, proactively identifying risks, and escalating issues to leadership where required.
• Documenting test cases, results, and defects to ensure traceability and compliance with internal processes.
• Contributing to project delivery by ensuring technology updates meet functional specifications and align with agreed business requirements.

About You

We are keen to hear from Test Analysts with three years' experience who are looking to take the next step in their career, or those with strong manual testing skills who are excited to grow their expertise in a supportive team environment. An interest in financial services and a keen eye for detail will help you thrive in this role.

Key to your success in the role will be:

• A relevant Bachelors' degree
• Minimum 3 years of testing/QA experience
• A strong interest in and/or prior experience in financial services or regulated industries
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• A willingness to learn and adaptability
• Basic proficiency in SQL querying for data validation and analysis
• Understanding of test automation
