Your Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Onboarding Program Manager who can work collaboratively with client users, internal project managers, and supplier sales representatives. As a self-starter with excellent communication skills, you will be responsible for managing campaign launches, overseeing smooth transitions from CCM to CSM, generating campaign reporting, and resolving customer escalations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee campaign launches using best practices to drive desired outcomes.
- Work with internal teams to create seamless transitions from CCM to CSM post-launch, targeting new business opportunities during launch.
- Develop and manage campaign reporting to meet client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring efficiency and quality for customers.
- Respond to customer escalations and provide timely updates.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Account Managers (AMs) as needed.
- Establish clear expectations with clients, promoting two-way communication to build strong partnerships and position Avetta as a trusted expert in its field.
- Support the Sales Enablement and Renewal (SER) campaign team with outreach activities if required.
- Share critical client-specific information with internal teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Project Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales management and B2B/B2C sales or account executive roles.
- A high level of energy, passion, determination, and perseverance.
- A comfort level working with aggressive goals and targets.
- Professional phone presence and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and creative thinking abilities.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
- At least 2 years of CRM experience (Salesforce.com).
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite products.
