Event Operations Director

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the venue operations, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to health and safety standards.   • Manage the setup, execution, and breakdown of FOH, ensuring efficient logistics and timely completion.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by providing personalised and professional attention to clients and guests.
  • Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive event experience.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive event strategy that aligns with the hotel's brand and business goals.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in event management, with a strong track record in similar roles.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a passion for developing and motivating staff.
