We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to drive quality initiatives across our superannuation administration.
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of quality in our systems and processes. Your primary responsibility will be to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance our operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Subject Matter Expertise: You will serve as a subject matter expert in superannuation and the Apex platform, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
- Test Case Development: You will develop test cases and execute test scripts to ensure the integrity of our systems and processes.
- Incident Review: You will participate in incident reviews to identify root causes and propose remediation strategies.
- Process Improvement: You will contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities for enhancement and developing strategies to implement change.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. In-depth knowledge of superannuation administration systems and familiarity with quality assurance frameworks are essential.
