Job Title: Marketing Campaign Specialist

Overview:

  • Drive business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Design and oversee engaging marketing content, including sales collateral, social media, and event materials.
  • Partner with designers, digital specialists, and external partners to bring campaigns to life.
  • Track results and share insights to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years' experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a matrixed or regional organization.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, platforms, and campaign processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative team-focused approach.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging, brand-aligned communications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity in Adobe Creative Suite an advantage.
