Business Development Representative

Job Description:

  • Identify and engage with new customers to drive growth, while managing existing relationships to expand business opportunities.
  • Utilize expertise to sell print and digital services to book publishing accounts and clients in the content industry.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast and achieve sales targets, and identify meaningful deals with prospective accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a pipeline of potential accounts by identifying new opportunities and growing sales to assigned accounts.
  • Understand solution requirements of potential publishing and content customers, and recommend relevant Ingram products and services.
  • Work closely with Product, IT, and Finance teams to develop solutions that drive revenue and volume.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success, with ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Strong understanding of the book publishing and content industries, with knowledge of current trends and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
