Senior Publishing Leader

We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Senior Publishing Leader to drive strategic growth and sustainability in our publishing business. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong track record of delivering commercial success and leading high-performing teams.

This is a pivotal role that will play a key part in shaping the future direction of our publishing business. As a Senior Publishing Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with our organisational goals.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in driving revenue growth and improving profitability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organisation and with external partners
  • A deep understanding of the publishing industry, including trends, opportunities and challenges

You will also be expected to contribute to the development of our organisational strategy and policy, working closely with senior leaders across the business.
