We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Rostering and Payroll Coordinator. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, providing administrative support and ensuring seamless scheduling processes.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and experience in a similar administrative role. A strong understanding of customer service principles and ability to follow directives as per care plan will also be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the rostering and payroll team
- Scheduling and attendance management using Kronos and Workday systems
- Ensuring accurate and timely data entry and reporting
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a similar administrative role
- High level of customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Able to follow directives as per care plan
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) and NDIS Worker Screening Check required
