Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Rostering and Payroll Coordinator. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, providing administrative support and ensuring seamless scheduling processes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and experience in a similar administrative role. A strong understanding of customer service principles and ability to follow directives as per care plan will also be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the rostering and payroll team
  • Scheduling and attendance management using Kronos and Workday systems
  • Ensuring accurate and timely data entry and reporting
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a similar administrative role
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Able to follow directives as per care plan
  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) and NDIS Worker Screening Check required
