Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the claims and disputes function, providing expert analysis and testimony
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the business unit in Australia
  • Manage a team of experts, ensuring delivery of high-quality services and excellent outcomes for clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies

Requirements:

  • Professional qualification in construction or similar
  • Further education in construction law or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in the construction industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
