We are seeking experienced underground shotfirers to join our team in New South Wales.

This role operates on a 7/7 rotating roster and is an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality shotfiring services in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Lead by example in upholding our core value: Safety is our Priority, Always;
  • Perform shotfiring duties including magazine management, blast loading, tying, and firing in accordance with drill and blast designs;
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the blast crew;
  • Support the training and development of new team members;
  • Collaborate closely with the blast crew to deliver exceptional service to our clients;
  • Maintain professionalism, integrity, and respect in all interactions.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong team-oriented mindset;
  • Proven experience as an underground shotfirer;
  • A current NSW Shotfiring Licence or eligibility to apply.
