School Age Care Program Manager

As an Area Coordinator, you will oversee the delivery of school age care services within your designated cluster of Community Services for Out of School Hours Care (COSHC) services.
This involves managing and developing Service Coordinators, handling escalated matters, and ensuring program delivery aligns with the My Time Our Place framework.
Key Responsibilities- Coach and develop staff to build capacity and expertise.
- Foster strong relationships with families, school principals, and the community to support service delivery.
- Implement policies and procedures effectively.
- Provide educational leadership and review vacation care programs.
- Evaluate programming to ensure it meets developmental needs and interests of children.
- Oversee Assessment and Ratings activities, liaise with regulatory authorities.
- Lead effective team meetings, coach behaviour management skills, and advise on inclusion strategies.
- Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Valid Working with Children's Check and First Aid/CPR/Anaphylaxis Certification required.
- Substantial experience working with children and families, strong pedagogical leadership knowledge, and team leadership skills essential.
