Overview

Care Team Manager – Residential Services, BaptistCare. Permanent Part-time position based in Blue Mountains (Leura) with 65 hours per fortnight.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of our clinical care team, using your expertise and leadership to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.
  • Inspire and educate staff, promote best practices, and ensure compliance with aged care standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement, support complex care needs, and maintain accreditation under the Aged Care Act.

About You

You're a Registered Nurse with 3–5 years' experience and a passion for aged care. You bring:

  • IPC qualification or willingness to obtain
  • Proven leadership in aged care and complex clinical settings
  • Experience with clinical audits and adult learning principles
  • Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards
  • Alignment with BaptistCare's Christian values of Love, Respect, Reliability, and Empowerment

Bonus Points if you have postgraduate qualifications in Management, Gerontology, or Training & Assessment, or hold a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
