MARS Recruitment is seeking a skilled Collections Officer to join our client's team in the financial services industry. This is a 6-month contract with potential to extend, offering an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make collections calls to clients and provide administrative support to the wider team.
- Work with customers to discuss financial assistance and hardship.
- Ensure all work queues, inboxes, and administration requirements are processed in a timely manner.
- Support the Collections team to ensure timely payment of outstanding debts.
Requirements:
- Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proven ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
- Ability to remain sensitive and courteous to customers.
- Previous experience in collections or call centre from a financial services industry.
