We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Fuse Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading payroll processes and systems, and will be the go-to expert on all things payroll.

Primary responsibilities of this role:

  • Assess and optimize payroll systems and processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness
  • Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Develop and implement ADP change requests to improve payroll integration
  • Work with the Payroll team to coordinate annual EA pay adjustments
  • Provide support and guidance on payroll-related issues and queries
  • Collaborate with the People Experience Team on Workday updates and reporting tasks

Essential skills and experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Experience working with ADP and Workday
  • Experience in payroll system integration, optimization, and improvement
  • Strong understanding of Victorian legislation, NES, and common law
  • Advanced skills in Excel and data reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
