As a seasoned Creative Visual Effects Artist, you will play a pivotal role in bringing animated stories to life with stunning visual effects. Your expertise will span the creation of high-quality visuals, including setups and simulations of fire, smoke, water, particles, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of effects presets that can be applied across multiple shots.
  • Ensure seamless integration of visual effects into the overall artistic vision.
  • Collaborate with junior crew members, providing training and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in production within CG animated features or episodic productions.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing mature, graphic stylization of reality, preferably featuring projects like Spiderverse, Entergalactic, Arcane, or The Witness (Love, Death & Robots).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Houdini, Katana, Arnold, Maya, and Nuke.
  • Excellent understanding of lookdev and 3D effects, encompassing particles, fluids, and destruction.
