Housekeeping Team Lead

About the Role:

The Housekeeping Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards across all guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and coordinate housekeeping teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and public areas.
  2. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with established cleaning and presentation standards.
  3. Develop and implement training programs to enhance housekeeping staff skills and knowledge.
  4. Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels meet operational demands.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
  6. Ensure health and safety regulations and company policies are upheld by housekeeping staff.
Requirements:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Team Lead who possesses strong leadership skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and housekeeping management software.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is essential for this role.
