Overview of the role.

As a housekeeping supervisor, you will oversee the daily activities of the housekeeping staff and coordinate their work to ensure that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet cleanliness and presentation standards.

The Responsibilities Include:
  • Supervising housekeeping staff and coordinating their work to achieve high-quality results.
  • Inspecting and monitoring all areas of the property to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Training and supporting housekeeping team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Managing inventory and supplies to ensure that all areas are adequately stocked.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

For this position, we are looking for an individual with strong leadership skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role is essential.

  • Previous experience as a housekeeping supervisor.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions based on priorities and guest needs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and housekeeping management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
