Facilities Operations Manager

This position involves overseeing the day-to-day management of facilities, ensuring they are safe, clean and operational.
- Leading a maintenance team to ensure the safe operation of all facilities.
- Developing and maintaining safety measures and preventative maintenance programs.
- Building and managing a comprehensive asset register and contractor panel.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, insurance and licensing requirements.
- Supporting the integration of facilities management into broader organisational operations.
You will need to be a proactive and collaborative leader with a strong technical foundation in facilities management.
- Demonstrated experience managing facilities across multiple sites.
- Deep technical knowledge and contractor management expertise.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- A Construction Induction Card and current driver's licence.
- Qualifications in facilities management or membership in a relevant professional body.
