Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a permanent part-time Customer Service Specialist to assist newly married brides in selecting the right cleaning and preservation services for their wedding gown.

This is a customer-facing role where you will provide excellent service and make recommendations to clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer experience and making product suggestions
  • Assisting with sales and inventory management
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5 years of retail or customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Prior experience in the bridal industry and basic sewing skills are highly regarded. On-the-job training will be provided.

This is a part-time position with 15-20 hours per week. Saturday work is essential.
