We are currently seeking an experienced Public Engagement Coordinator to join our team in this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, events and collateral to inform and engage residents, traders, schools, community members and internal stakeholders about construction works taking place.

This role presents a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in communication and engagement within the construction industry, or for someone who already has a few years of experience.

The successful candidate will have a proactive approach to working with and adapting to a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, as well as strong ability to establish common ground and build relationships.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

In addition to a competitive salary, we also offer great benefits including corporate health and fitness programs, health insurance discounts, personal banking support, a range of retailer discounts, up to 18 weeks paid primary carers parental leave and up to 10 days paid secondary carers leave, access to our Employee Assistance Program (including your immediate family), and the option to take more time for yourself throughout the year with our Purchase Leave Policy.
