Senior Construction Leader

As a Foreman, you will be responsible for assisting the Site Manager with driving subcontractors on site. You will also assist with site safety, tool box talks, QA and dealing with any construction issues.
The site team consists of a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator and Safety Officer who work closely together for successful project completion.
Initially, you will be working on a $14M industrial project in Oxley.
You should have relevant experience as an experienced Foreman, delivering commercial or industrial projects of over $10M. You should also have excellent subbie management skills and be able to work in a team environment.
Able to work effectively under pressure, be well-presented and a good communicator to clients and sub-contractors are essential requirements.
