We are seeking an experienced Excavator Team Leader to join our infrastructure project team based in Hendra.
- Responsibilities will include overseeing daily site operations and crew coordination, delivering civil works across electrical infrastructure projects and ensuring safety, quality and environmental standards are met.
You'll be a hands-on leader with a strong work ethic and the ability to motivate teams in dynamic environments. Key requirements for this role include:
- Excavator license and posi track ticket with 12+ months' experience
- At least 5 years' experience in a leading hand or supervisory role
- Experience working around live services and to TMR standards
- MRI Licence (desirable, not essential)
- Flexibility to work day/night shifts and jump on or off the tools as needed
- Strong communication, planning and interpersonal skills
- A team-first attitude with a focus on safety and performance
- Energex accreditations – highly regarded
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their expertise in leading high-performing teams and driving results-oriented outcomes.
