About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Civil Infrastructure Lead Designer to join our team. In this key role, you'll be responsible for leading the design of roads, drainage, and civil infrastructure from concept to delivery.

As a senior member of our Bridges, Aviation and Roads team, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on large-scale infrastructure projects. You'll apply Road Safety and Design Philosophy principles to enhance outcomes and mentor junior designers in technical excellence.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in road safety principles, CADD software, and transport modeling to deliver high-quality solutions for clients.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design teams on major projects.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
  • Apply road safety principles to ensure project success.
  • Mentor junior designers in technical excellence.
  • Deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
About You
  • 10–15 years' experience in civil design, preferably in a consultancy setting.
  • An Associate Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and local requirements.
  • Proficiency in CADD software and transport modeling tools.
  • A proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
