Job Title: Administration Officer

The Administration Officer plays a vital role in supporting the Macquarie Regional Library service. Based at the Regional Office in Dubbo, this position provides administrative support to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile petty cash and till floats for branch libraries
- Collect and process timesheets and leave forms
- Compile scheduled reports and statistics
- Manage weekly delivery boxes for branch libraries
- Provide administrative support as required by the Manager MRL
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will possess highly developed organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be an administration professional with a Certificate III or higher in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certificate III or higher in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience in office management including accounts payable, cash handling, stores control, and telephone reception
- Skillful use of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated commitment to providing quality customer service
- Possession of a Class C Driver's Licence
