Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Clinic Manager to lead our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As the heartbeat of the clinic, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of skin, laser, and dermal therapists.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in a clinical or retail environment, strong commercial acumen, and exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. They will also possess a genuine passion for aesthetics, people, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of skin, laser, and dermal therapists.
  • Oversee clinic operations, ensuring exceptional service and clinical standards.
  • Drive clinic performance by managing KPIs, targets, and revenue growth.
  • Nurture strong client relationships and build on our loyal clientele.
  • Partner closely with the Franchise Owner to align on business strategy and success.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in a clinical or retail environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive and exceed KPIs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • A genuine passion for aesthetics, people, and business growth.
  • Diploma of Beauty Therapy or higher (preferred).
