About the Role

Business Process Improvement Analyst

As a key member of the ASIC team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives across the organization. Your expertise in business process improvement will enable you to analyze and optimize existing processes, leading to increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved overall performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop process improvement initiatives
  • Develop and evaluate business process improvement services, including process mapping and analysis
  • Lead hub projects or aspects of a project, ensuring successful execution and delivery of results
  • Manage your own tasks and performance to deliver on ASIC's strategic priorities and team business plan
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business Systems, or similar business process improvement experience
  • Strong process mapping skills and ability to analyze and improve processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in leading projects and working in a dynamic project environment
  • Good knowledge of IT Systems Development Lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodology
  • Strong stakeholder management and liaison skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
