The Role

The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of their production line by providing hands-on support to employees to ensure quality product delivery in an engaging and fun work environment.

  • Coordinate job setup ensuring job requirements are met and understood by the group.
  • Continuously evaluate production line setup to identify opportunities for optimisation and efficiency improvements using Lean principles and other best practices.
  • Coordinate customer site visits for job completion and manage customer requirements while on site.
  • Conduct regular product and process inspections, and address any issues that may affect product quality.
  • Provide technical upskilling and training to employees in alignment with task requirements and development goals.
  • Complete accurate job records and documentation as per process and system requirements.

To be considered for the role you must possess the following skills:

  • A relevant qualification in a related discipline.
  • Ideal: Cert III in disability or community support or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Sound experience in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Teams and ERP software (if applicable).
  • Customer Service orientation.
  • Excellent planning, organising and negotiation skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset utilising lean principles and other best practices.
  • Current Drivers Licence.
