The company is seeking highly skilled Procurement professionals for labour hire and non-ongoing positions with 12 – 24 month contracts. As a key member of the team, you will drive the development and implementation of strategic procurement initiatives with a strong focus on Contract Management, Assessing Tenders, IT and Security procurement.

You will be responsible for end-to-end procurement approaches, including drafting procurement documentation such as RFT statements of requirement, risk assessments, and response schedules. Additionally, you will successfully administer contracts and manage risk, including developing labour hire appropriate risk assessments.

Your skills and qualifications will include:

">
  • Experience with Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs): You will have a thorough understanding of CPRs and all relevant additional procurement-related policies and legislation.">
  • Demonstrated end-to-end procurement experience: You will have experience conducting procurement approaches from start to finish.">
  • Contract management expertise: You will have experience drafting procurement documentation and administering contracts.">
  • Risk management skills: You will have experience managing risk, including developing labour hire appropriate risk assessments.">
  • Effective communication and stakeholder relationships: You will have proven ability to communicate effectively and navigate complex stakeholder relationships.">
  • Personal drive and integrity: You will have demonstrated personal drive and integrity whilst achieving results within legislative parameters.
