Senior Operations Lead

  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles in aged care.
  • A track record of leading diverse teams and driving change and improvement in complex environments.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Outstanding customer service and a customer-first approach.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic operational plans.
