**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced produce professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our produce department.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in produce management, including experience with ordering, display, quality control, and staff coordination. They will also be responsible for maintaining freshness and proper inventory management, training and leading the produce team, and ensuring food safety standards are met.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversight of produce operations
  • Maintenance of freshness and inventory levels
  • Leadership and training of the produce team
  • Ensuring food safety standards
  • Providing excellent customer service


**Requirements:**

  • Proven produce management experience
  • Knowledge of produce varieties, quality checks, and storage methods
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
